Xact2form Film Face Plywood
Xact2form concrete form was introduced into the world of concrete in 2000. Today X2 is used in free form, gang form and engineered system applications. X2 meets the highest requirements for durability, strength and smoothness. X2 is manufactured from 100% Birch, slow grown in the chilly Siberian forests. Birch is the species of choice due to it's tight grain cell structure and un-precedented strength characteristics.

- The only 100% Birch panel offering long and short grain face directional veneer in a multi-ply construction
- Panels are manufactured with a two step lay-up process which gives an exceptionally smooth and uniform surface; virtually eliminating grain transfer commonly found in one step lay-up panels
- Multi-ply lay-ups provide exceptional panel flatness
- Two layers on each face are fully wood patched eliminating surface degradation due to face veneer collapse
